- Roped off covered patio space right outside with picnic tables
- Price includes tax
- A minimum of 18% gratuity (not included in price)
- Includes 75 beer tokens that never expire
- Each additional hour is $125, plus an 18% gratuity and an additional 15 beer tokens

- Estimated number of guests
- Purpose or type of event
- Event date(s) being considered
- Private event (closed to public) or space reservation
50% non-refundable deposit due 30 days prior to the event. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill on the day of the event. Gratuity due day of event.
